Hi, I’m Chris!

Hey man, where ya from? - I’m a Midwest guy originally! Born in St. Louis, MO (“I’m from the Lou and I’m proud!”). I’ve lived in Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio and now Arizona for the last 20 years.

Right on, so what do you do? If you’re reading this you almost certainly already know. I’ll have had my real estate license and actively working in real estate for 3 years in November. Prior to that was SaaS within the financial services industry. I’ve essentially had service-related jobs since I was 13 years old. One thing I’ve always held a high value in is delivering an excellent experience in everything I’ve done. 

Ok, so why did you want to do that? Twofold. One was the opportunity to work with for a second time the best business partner I've ever had - my wife. When we originally teamed up in a prior industry she was sales, I was operations and the combo - magic! Two, I love the Arizona lifestyle and through real estate it allows me to help more people live, breathe and experience all it has to offer. Also, I really appreciate architecture and good design. Mid-mod’s, Tudor’s, Mission’s, Colonial’s and so forth. I love the way the design of a home can make you feel and envisioning yourself living that experience.

Random question - What’s a hobby that most people wouldn't expect you to have? - I love to cook! I don’t think of myself as a creative-type but cooking seems to be an outlet for that. There isn’t much I’m not willing to make an attempt at. Viral dishes like the “Trader Joe’s Lobster Pasta” (easy-peasy), classics like Boeuf á la Bourguignon or something lighter like a lemon-dijon arugula salad. Our pellet-smoker gets put to good use, too. Plus I love the results - something (usually) delicious and the community of sharing it with others. Need a recipe recommendation? Just ask, I got you.
