This duo has top level negotiation skills, are organized and have a sharp personality with a sense of ease. They delightfully go the extra mile when it comes to seeking the right home for you.

Jen recently was my agent for a rental property I wanted to sell. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received. She explained the services she would provide, advised me in pricing the property and helped me with staging. She provided all the marketing that resulted in plenty of traffic. She is an excellent communicator and did a great job of teaching me the steps we would go through in getting my property sold.
Jen always responded quickly and professionally to my questions via texts and phone calls. She negotiated a short closing of escrow, and even dropped by the escrow company on closing day, in case I had any questions before signing.

Jen is amazing to make it simple. She went out of her way to travel all around Phoenix, Maricopa, Buckeye, Casa Grande, and Arizona City until we found the perfect home. Since the market is so crazy, we stayed up all night, on multiple occasions, putting in offers and she was always super helpful with no complaints. Jen was always available for questions and if she didn't know the answer she would find out and get back to us as soon as she could. She was just as excited as we were about being able to buy our new home. Jen was also open and honest about everything. If she found out information on a listing she would tell us. She wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were looking at. Not only is Jen super professional she is also the sweetest human being. Constantly checking in on us during the closing process to make sure everything was moving smoothly. Even after closing she is still staying in touch. Asked us how we love our new home. We had some plumbing issues and she was ready and willing to jump in and help us still if we needed it. I would highly recommend Jen if you are looking for an amazing Realtor® and a new friend.
