Classic Cooking Academy’s most popular stand-alone cooking class, this experience is truly their bread and butter. Guests are welcomed in, seated with a drink in hand, and introduced to the chefs, who review each item on the evening’s menu. Once the staff explains the responsibilities of each table, guests divide into groups to prepare the dish of their choice.
At the end of the cooking session, the chefs take over in the kitchen while guests return to the dining room to enjoy a delicious three-course dinner featuring an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.
Each Gourmet Class includes complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks, with alcoholic beverages available until dessert is served.
